His childhood dream was to become a Pilot but he changed his career path because he wanted to be more like his pastor (Pastor Chris Oyakhilome) who loves to sing. Frank Edwards was born into a family of seven children.
Career
He began singing at the age of ten. He learned to play the piano from his father when he was young. He started playing the Piano at the age of 10, inspired and tutored by his father.
The turning point of his career came when his pastor, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome after listening to the songs he had been recording asked him to sing in a Church Service.
His first album, ‘The Definition’ debuted in 2008 and was distributed by Honesty Music. He released ‘Angels on the runway’ in 2010 and ‘Unlimited’ in 2011 and subsequently, Tagjam in the same year.
In 2013, he appeared on Sinach’s ‘I know who I am’ live performance.
His album ‘Frankincense’ caught everyone unaware when it topped Beyonce and Adele’s albums within few hours of release on itunes album chart.
He has a record label, ‘RockTown’ which has produced a lot of musical talents including Gil Joe, King BAS, Divine, Nkay, Soltune, David, and others.
